boundaries during this one day event.
Outcome:

allow others to live the life that they choose to live

and how to say "No"
- Learning how to take full responsibility for
your part and only for your part
- Increased awareness
- Increased respect for the self and other
- Having more time and
energy for what you choose to do
- Living more consciously, lovingly
and happily
Enjoy Your Life and
Relationships by doing what you want to do and by spending time with the
people who you choose to spend time with.
Set Healthy Boundaries in a
respectful manner and take back your life and recommit it to the activities
and people that bring you the most joy, happiness and long term
satisfaction.
To further support the
content of this topic, an expressive arts component is offered. This will
take place in the form of an exercise on paper, where the participants have
the opportunity to visualize their personal and professional boundaries and
create a witness of them.
No previous drawing ability is necessary to do the exercise. An informal
discussion may follow. This part of the workshop is given by Karen Freud
www.karenfreud.com, a
known Art Therapist in Toronto.

"When Christina spoke to one of our Consular Spouses Association meetings, I
became quite enthused with the life coaching services she offered and
contacted her afterwards. For several months she helped me, a writer, to
better organize my working time and to set 'boundaries' on some less
productive activities. I am very grateful to her."
